TUKWILA, Wash. - Peninsula handed the Panther women's soccer team a 2-0 defeat in the second contest for PCC at the NWAC Friendlies yesterday.
The Pirates scored once in each half to earn the victory. Portland was unable to generate much attacking danger, but Jordyn James forced the Peninsula goalkeeper into a pair of saves.
Sophia Barr made three saves in goal for the Panthers.
PCC try to get back in the win column next week, hosting Bellevue College on August 31.Â
