OREGON CITY, Ore. - The Panther women's basketball team wrapped up their season with a 72-55 loss at Clackamas today on the road.
With the result, PCC ends their season with a 14-15 overall record, and a 5th place finish in the NWAC South standings at 7-9.
This game was decided in the first half, as Portland struggled to score consistently and turned the ball over five times in the 1st quarter.Â
Determined to sunset the season on a high note the Panthers were much improved in the second half, outscoring the host Cougars by one point over two quarters of play.
Lilly Walker concluded her PCC career with 18 points and eight rebounds. Amelia Echternkamp added 16 points. A highlight for the game was a career best 10 rebounds from Abbie Scharringhausen.Â
