MEDFORD, Ore. - Portland men's soccer held on for a 2-2 draw at Rogue CC today at the Lithia & Driveway Fields in Medford.
The Panthers looked to be ready to steal a road region victory after scoring two first half goals. Forward David Olvera tallied both scores, one of which was assisted by Yahir Galindo.
Unfortunately, the host Ospreys managed to answer with two second half goals to salvage the draw.Â
Panther goalkeeper Nery Juarez made six saves in an effort to keep Rogue off the scoreboard.
The result puts Portland at 1-1-2 (5 points) in NWAC South region play.
