PCC Athletics welcomed Graham McFall as new head women's basketball coach in May of 2020. His first year at the helm was derailed due to COVID-19, with his new debut leading the Panthers anticipated for the 2021-22 season.
Coach McFall most recently was an assistant women's basketball coach at Lincoln University (NCAA D-2) in Jefferson City, Missouri. Coach McFall's resume also includes coaching stops at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis. (NCAA Division 1), Aurora University (NCAA Division III) and Indiana University at Kokomo (NAIA). In addition, Coach McFall has also served as the Team Australia head coach for the Alexander Basketball Academy Global Squad, an AAU program, and was an assistant coach for the Caboolture Suns in Australia in 2016. While in Australia, he also worked with the OzSwoosh Academy, a basketball player development academy.
Coach McFall is a dual US and Australian Citizen. McFall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Superior and a Master's of Arts Degree in Higher Education from Lincoln University in Missouri.

"We had an excellent pool of candidates for the position, but our committee felt like Graham had a great mix of all the attributes we were looking for in our next head women's basketball coach."
