Erica was born in Opelika, Alabama, however, found herself moving to several states when she was young while her dad served in the US Navy. She landed in Washington and completed her undergraduate at Washington State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. After graduation, she started her own business working as an Exercise Specialist. While working with a large population variation, she felt that she could benefit from further education to help aid in rehabilitation in recovery. Through her research, she stumbled upon Sports Medicine and shortly after applied for her Masters at the University of Idaho.

While studying to obtain her Master’s in Athletic Training at University of Idaho she worked in the collegiate, high school and clinical settings. Upon graduation she landed in the industrial setting as an Athletic Trainer where she spent 5 years of her career.

Erica returns for her second year working with Portland CC as a contracted provider from Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists. Her professionalism and expert care for PCC athletes are crucial to the success of Panther teams.
