Coach Maestretti heads into his 3rd season in charge of Panther Men's Soccer in 2025.

In two seasons as head coach the program has shown good progress toward the goal of a region championship, qualifying for the NWAC playoffs in 2023 and 2024.

Roberto has several years of experience coaching in the Portland area at the high school, college, and club levels. He has led teams at Westside Metros, Portland Timbers/ODP, and Canby High School. He also was the head coach at NWAC rival Chemeketa CC for two seasons.
