Shawn Bundy - Head Women's Soccer Coach

Shawn Bundy

Shawn Bundy has steadily elevated the PCC Women’s Soccer program since taking over in 2023. In his first season, he guided an entirely new Panther roster to a competitive 5-7-2 record, earning NWAC South Region Coach of the Year honors. The program continued its upward trajectory in 2024 with a second-place finish in the South Region. In 2025, the Panthers improved again, tying for the fewest losses in program history (four) and finishing 7-4-3 with another postseason appearance.

Coach Shawn brings extensive experience building successful programs across Oregon high school soccer, earning Coach of the Year honors in 2007, 2009, and 2018. He holds an Advanced National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches (equivalent to a USSF B License) and currently serves as the United Soccer Coaches Girls All-American Northwest Region Chair.

As a player, Bundy was a four-year starting goalkeeper at Swarthmore College and Hamline University, earning multiple all-league honors and being named Hamline University’s Most Valuable Player in 1997.

Grounded in a strong commitment to player development and team culture, Shawn has established PCC Women’s Soccer as a competitive destination for student-athletes seeking growth both on and off the field.
