OLYMPIA, Wash. - Portland CC men earned their first win of the 2024-25 season yesterday, defeating Evergreen State JV 99-81.

The game was the first of three that the Panthers will play at the South Puget Sound CC tournament. 

The full play-by-play of the game was not available, but the stats show it was the Panthers best offensive showing of the year.

Six Panthers ended the contest with double figure scoring, with JahAllah Van leading the way off the bench with 17 points on 6 of 10 shooting.

Jamie McGrail added 13 points and nine assists in a complete performance. Peter Oguama turned in his best game so far with 12 points and 13 rebounds.

PCC will take on Grays Harbor today at 3pm.
