PORTLAND, Ore. - Another Panther men's basketball athlete has found a place to play in 2025-26, as Jamie McGrail will enroll at Pacific Lutheran University this fall.

The 6-0 guard from the United Kingdom averaged 7.0 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.6 rebounds in 29 games played during his sophomore season. A tenacious defender, McGrail had 32 steals and was named to the NWAC All-Defensive Team after the season. He was an important part of the Panther squad that finished the season as the NWAC South Region Champions.

The Lutes of Pacific Lutheran are a NCAA Division 3 team that plays in the Northwest Conference. PLU is coached by Chad Murray and finished the 2024-25 season with a 14-12 record.
