SALEM, Ore. - Portland and Chemeketa shared the points in Salem yesterday, after final score of 0-0.
Though both teams were desperately needing a positive result, neither side could find a breakthrough score. PCC could claim the better chances, with 10 shots on goal that were denied by the Chemeketa keeper. The host Storm countered with six shots on target, all saved by PCC netminder Joseph Roeper.
The fixture was marred by 11 cautions issued by the referee, two of which were given to Otto Pasley who was disqualified in the final moments of the game.
Alexis Grimaldo led Portland with four total shots.
