COOS BAY, Ore. - Portland CC dropped their opening region contest, falling to Southwestern Oregon on the road today, 2-0.

Neither side was able to generate a consistent attack, with PCC registering five total shots to SWOC's six, but it was the host Lakers who were able to make their chances count.

Southwestern scored once in each half, while Laker keeper Jose Basave made five saves to keep the Panthers off the score sheet.

Christian Anebo and Angel Villalobos-Garcia had two shots each for PCC.
