Box Score PORTLAND, Ore. - A 4th quarter surge was not enough for the PCC women on sophomore night, as the Panthers fell 55-43 tonight versus Chemeketa.
Portland finished the game with 10 answered points to make the score respectable, but a big first half deficit was too much to overcome.
The Panthers had trouble finding the their scoring touch, shooting just 27 percent for the game. PCC did crashing the boards for 20 offensive rebounds, converting those second chances into 18 points.
Udoka Amadi continued her dominance on the glass, grabbing 20 rebounds. She also led the team with 14 points. Bregan Ruhland added 13 points and eight rebounds.
