PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland CC men's soccer player Joseph Roeper heads to the east coast to continue his academic and athletic career, as the goalkeeper has committed to Fredonia State University in Fredonia, New York.

The 6-3 netminder leaves the Panthers with the program career record for saves (163) in 29 games played. He registered three shutouts on the way to a .721 save percentage.

The Fredonia State Devils play in the NCAA Div. III State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC). Fredonia men's soccer was 8-7-1 during the 2025 season.
