Portland Commity College Athletics is proud to announce the appointment of Hunter Hodgkins as the new Head Coach of Panther Men's Soccer.

Hodgkins joins the program with several years of club and high school coaching in the Portland area and in his native Louisiana. Most recently, he served as the Head Coach for St. Louis Catholic High School in Lake Charles, LA where he led the team to a playoff appearance and was named 2025 Coach of the Year for Louisiana's District 3.

"Hunter impressed us with his enthusiasm and his commitment to student-athlete success," said athletic director Tony Broadous. "We look forward to partnering with him as he sets a new standard for our men's soccer program. He will be working with our current players and reaching out to potential recruits."

His experience in the local Portland area includes work with Portland Timbers FC as Development Coach with their Discovery Junior Program, and as PTFC Camp Director. Additionally, he has assisted with Centennial High School boys soccer and Vancouver Victory FC.

"I can't wait to get started as we build something special here at PCC," said Hodgkins. "We'll put a team on the field that makes the entire PCC community proud as we play winning soccer and work toward our goals on and off the pitch."

Hodgkins earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a US Soccer C License holder.
