PORTLAND, Ore. - Portland Community College is pleased to announce a new sponsor for Panther Athletics. Rose City Spine Surgery is a new partner, helping to enhance and improve the student athlete experience at PCC.

Rose City Spine Surgery, under the direction of Dr. Brett G. Ball, is dedicated to giving the best spine care to patients.
